Job_AI provides an AI-powered job application platform. Our features include, but are not limited to, profile management, resume scoring against job descriptions, and an autofill Chrome Extension designed to expedite the process of filling out web-based job application forms.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You are entirely responsible for the information you provide in your profile and the applications you submit using our Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to seeking employment.
  • Review all auto-filled applications for accuracy before final submission. Job_AI does not guarantee the success of any application and is not responsible for errors resulting from the auto-fill process.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Job_AI and its licensors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our visual design elements or source code without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job_AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
